In addition to our fantastic Beef Jerky, we offer freshly made smoked salmon. Smoked salmon is high in protein--the perfect post-workout snack--and goes great with multigrain crackers, cream cheese, or our our fantastic smoked cheeses. We use only fresh Wild Caught Alaskan Sockeye and Coho Salmon. Available for sale at local Houston-area farmers markets and for delivery in Montgomery County.
